Field Trip Index

The following field trip sets have been planned for the 2009-2010 school year. This file will be updated as new sets of trips are planned. A session generally consists of about three field trips.

Children should rank the field trips within one set, generally either a 1 for most interested, down to 3 for least interested or X for not at all interested. Parents must confirm permission for all field trips before your child will be able to attend. If you are unable to use the email permission system, please contact the school for another method of completing the form.

Please note that children will not necessarily get their first choice, and that children will not be able to go on all of the field trips. We will do our best to accommodate children's preferences.

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. You will be provided with text in a pop-up box. Copy the text and paste it into a blank email.

    2. Fill in the blanks in the email including the ranking for each field trip.

    3. Delete any field trips you do not give permission for from the email.

    4. The subject of the email should be: Field Trip - Child's Name. One email per child, please.

    Please make sure you complete the permission form early to ensure your child is put on the list for the field trip of his or her choice.
