Enrollment Information
To enroll in this program fill out the online registration forms and submit. You will be prompted to download and print the registration package. Fill it out and mail it back to us.
The following will be required:
- we require you to send us a copy of your child's birth certificate and carecard
- we require you to sign and send us a residency form confirming your legal status in BC
- we must know where your child was previously registered so we can obtain files
- your child must not be enrolled in any other school or distance program
